YBLTV Giveaway: Savannah Hair Therapy - Moisture Repair Shea Butter Shampoo & Conditioner
YBLTV Review & Giveaway: Savannah Shea Butter Shampoo & Shea Butter Conditioner
The Best Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner
Let’s begin with I have REALLY dry, thick curly hair…when I use most new products, it only takes one time to know if they are a hit or miss with all of my beautiful, soak up any & all moisture it can, hair! A lot of times it takes a whole handful of product, to even work up a lather for my hair. This is not what I experienced with Savannah’s Shea Butter Shampoo. I used a small amount, and emulsified it in my hands; it produced a luxurious amount of lather in my hair… I massaged it well into my scalp and long tresses, and to my surprise- I could run my fingers through it! I cannot do this with traditional shampoo! I rinsed it thoroughly, and could still run my fingers through my hair. There was no residual product. THIS shampoo didn’t strip my hair follicles of oil (the little that I have).
Then, I used the Savannah Shea Butter Conditioner. It was extremely moisturizing. I rinsed it out, but then applied a little more to my ends as a leave-in. The directions don’t say to do this, but I always do. But you don’t have to. Looks like Savannah also has a leave-in cream I might want to try instead- Just Curly Collection Leave-In Cream which is designed to nurture and define curls… It is definitely worth exploring!
I like the weight of a thick, creamy conditioner in my hair that I find keeps the curls moist and curly, not frayed and frizzy! I would be very curious to see how the Savannah Just Curly Collection Treatment Shampoo and Conditioner works on my hair…
How different would it be for curly hair like mine.
Savannah Hair Therapy products may seem pricey, but trust me they are so worth it. They will last a long time, as they are both so luxurious, you don’t need much per use. And they back up their claim- my hair feels moist, the curls stay curly & shiny!

Pros
I love this shampoo so much. It’s thick and foams up really well. It’s so concentrated that you don’t use too much especially with my super thick hair! It detangles wonderfully!
Cons
I did not care for the initial scent. It is vanilla-like- which I usually like. But it reminds me of one of those vanilla scented candles that is too sweet and cloying. It did, however, eventually dissipate when rinsed out.
