2018 Autumn Tech Picks by Jack X

Welcome Fall with Favorite Tech Products

It’s almost Halloween! With Fall in full swing, there are a several products that should be on everyone’s list – whether or not you are a techie! Below are some of my favorite must-haves for Autumn 2018:

      1. PIQS Virtual Touch Projector by Butterfly Technology. YBLTV Review by Jack X.

PIQS Virtual Touch Projector: New to the US market,PIQS Virtual Touch Projectorby Butterfly Technology is what I can only describe as a smart TV in projector form. The PIQS Virtual Touch Projector is basically a small computer powered by Google Android Operating System — yes, the very same Android Operating System that Android Phones run on. This means that many of the same apps that you download onto the Android Phones can also be used on the projector.

ETEKCITY Voltson Smart Wi-Fi Outlet: I love this little device. Instead of having to reach over to turn the knob on my lamp, I just use the app in my phone. The ETEKCITY Voltson Mini Smart Wi-Fi Outlet Switch Plug connects to the app in your phone by way of your Wi-Fi connection.

      3. Waterproof Your Device With Catalyst Cases. YBLTV Review by Jack X
Waterproof Your Device With Catalyst Cases.

CATALYST Protective Case for I-Phone 6 Plus: The biggest problem I see with electronic device users is damage due to being dropped. There are a lot of companies that make cases promising to protect your devices from drops but few can say that they protect against water. One of the companies that does is Catalyst.

      4. OWC Holdings Launches SoftRAID Update V. 5.6.3 Now Compatible With Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra

OWC SoftRAID is definitely my choice when it comes to protecting the info on your computer from total loss. Now, instead of worrying about the possibility of hard drive failure, I can instead focus on my work with ease of mind that in the background SoftRAID is checking my system.

And in just a few months, CES is going to roll right in! I’m looking forward to seeing some of the hottest and newest tech products to hit the market. Stay tuned…
