I loved Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee's taste. I am all up for eating well and as close to the source or whole food as possible. And I am also all up for people who do their research. Research that goes straight to the core. Research that isn't biased. Asprey's 20 years of mind and body performance research impresses me and so does his product.

YBLTV Review: Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee
The 2018 Nightclub & Bar Show is right around the corner! I’m excited to see what kinds of drinks – be it wine, spirits and even coffee – exhibitors will be showcasing at this year’s show!
I am not a huge coffee drinker in the morning. It’s one cup and that’s it. But come around 4pm… well, that’s a different story. It’s then that my energy often begins to drop. And it’s usually then that I crave a strong cup of that ever-so-magical bean!
I recently tried for the very first time, Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee. Ready to drink and available in four flavors – Original, Vanilla, Mocha and Original + Collagen – I enjoyed them all. Mocha, however, is probably my favorite.
Though the 4 flavors taste distinctly different, I immediately knew that none contained any added table sugar. Only Monk Fruit Extract, Erythritol and Xylitol sweeten the Vanilla, Mocha and Original + Collagen. FYI – Bulletproof’s got a great sampler pack if you want to try them all!
I’ve cut out sugar from my diet, now, for quite some time and have also gone almost 100% vegan – a journey that’s been both challenging and rewarding. As a result, I feel like I’ve been given a brand new sense of taste and smell.
So, when trying Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee, I instantly felt its clean, all natural taste. Indeed, the product has no artificial preservatives, added colors or aromas. One serving (330 ml – 11.1oz bottle) of Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee contains 2 teaspoons grass-fed butter and 2 teaspoons Bulletproof Brain octane oil.
What’s the Brain Octane® oil you ask? (I wondered too!) Extracted from the most potent part of a coconut, it’s a flavorless, brain-boosting fat. The steady, all-day fuel for your brain and body comes not from sugar, but this high quality fat.
“Brain Octane oil can send you into the Goldilocks zone of ketosis, resetting your hormones so you stay in high-energy fat-burning mode without feeling hungry,” – Dave Asprey, Founder, Bulletproof
The discussion on good and bad fats is enormous, controversial and overwhelming or often difficult for many to understand. I have taken the time to try and understand which fats are good for you and which are not, why and how certain foods or oils metabolize differently and how the pounds can stay off.
Fat is not as bad as everyone has painted it out to be. Good fats can keep your hormones balanced and your brain healthy. The saturated fat in Bulletproof’s grass-fed butter slows the absorption of caffeine, giving you energy for several hours instead of a caffeine spike and crash.
From my research, I now happily include healthy fats like avocados and coconut milk in my diet. Dave Asprey, the Founder of Bulletproof has way more years of knowledge and experience that I have only just touched upon… I highly recommend reading his book – Head Strong – or his blog to hear his thoughts about the food industry, diet and more. Sometimes the best way to find out if you like something or if you want to see if it works for you is to just try it out. And that is what I recommend. Try Bulletproof. Try it for you. I am happy I tried it and I look forward to seeing if I experience a difference in how I feel or if I lose weight.
I loved Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee‘s taste — even the little that I recently sampled at a Whole Foods in Vegas. I am all up for eating well and as close to the source or whole food as possible. And I am also all up for people who do their research. Research that goes straight to the core. Research that isn’t biased. Asprey’s 20 years of mind and body performance research impresses me and so does his product.
