Save Time and Money with Schumacher XP400 400 Peak Amp Portable Power
Paying for road side assistance every year is costly and limited but having a little extra help in the trunk of your vehicle may be the answer. Schumacher XP400 400 Peak Amp Portable Power is a small size batter charger that can work on most cars and trucks. Portable Power has 400 peak amps, energy-efficient swivel ac plug, 8 gauge spark resistant clamps, safeguard alarm for incorrect placement, and 12 volt DC power outlet.
I purchased the portable charger at Walmart for $25.00 and was skeptical that it could do the job but I had a beater of a car that would breakdown on me more times than I can count on my fingers and toes. I spoke to a mechanic at Walmart who recommended that I get a utility power cord to charge the battery for 24 or 48 hrs because the battery is not fully charged and will not work. There are color indicators of red, yellow and green to let you know if the battery is fully charged, empty or low.

I was comfortable in using the charger because the directions that come with the battery charger were very clear. But if you are a concerned consumer and want more information on the use of the charger, check out the Schumacher Electric Corporation website for more details on the company, other chargers, warranty information, and replacement parts.
I highly recommend this product for people who are on a budget and are not mechanically savvy.
